  • Larry Sackey has taken on a significant role in this current nationwide multi-district class action litigation for damages and injunctive relief caused by gasoline retailers refusal to implement temperature adjusted technology at the pump and is brought on behalf of millions of consumers who purchased gasoline at service stations.

  • In the late 1990’s, Larry Sackey represented a distinct subgroup of approximately ninety independent marketing representatives ("opt outs") arising out of a major class action litigation which was filed in the State of Missouri. That case was settled for a value in excess of tens of millions of dollars.

  • Larry Sackey represented a national class of plaintiffs in this recently settled case. This matter was brought against the United States for return of improper expenses and deductions imposed on seized currency and cost bonds.

  • Mr. Sackey achieved an award of over $8 million dollars on behalf of a telecommunications reseller against MCI for fraud.
