Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1972, Mr. Sackey has tried hundreds of court trials and scores of jury trials many which have resulted in substantial awards and settlements for his clients in the millions of dollars.
Mr. Sackey achieved his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University at Northridge, California in 1969, and thereafter received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1972.
Mr. Sackey was admitted as a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American Lawyers. Fellows are selected based on effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels.

Experience
Mr. Sackey has extensive experience practicing within the federal court system. He has litigated scores of cases and appeals, primarily before the U.S. Central District Court, California, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The Law Office of Larry A. Sackey has achieved great success for his clients in several class action matters. It is currently the lead counsel or co-lead plaintiff’s counsel in several nationwide class actions and multi-district litigation cases in association with other prominent law firms across the country.

Mr. Sackey is licensed to practice by the California State Bar, several federal district and circuit courts around the country, the United States Supreme Court, and has been admitted as a fellow with the Litigation Counsel of America.
